Originals, Prints and a Party!

Last year I had the opportunity to illustrate a wonderful children’s (but not just children’s…) book thanks to some very generous crowd-funding. We’re still celebrating the publication of The Crystal Mirror by having a launch party next month in London, and opening the sale of prints and original artwork to everyone, not just those who took part in the funding campaign.

If you’re in London, I do hope you’ll be able to join us for the party on February 19th, where Tim will be reading from the stories, I’ll be live drawing and there’ll be lots of lovely food and entertainment for all ages…

And finally, as a special one-off, I have a large print of “Wouldn’t you rather have some tea?” to give away!

Cuddliest Monster Print

This one came back from the printers ever so slightly damaged, so I wouldn’t feel comfortable offering it for sale. It has a black smudge in the top left-hand corner which could probably be covered by a mount or frame (or you could decide that you don’t mind). It’s not perfect, but it’s not far off.

The print is A2 sized, on archival quality 100% cotton paper. It will come signed, and marked as an artist’s proof (A/P) rather than one of the edition.

To be in with a chance of winning just leave a comment below, letting me know the best way to contact you. You can also Tweet or Facebook about our launch party (and let me know you’ve done so by tagging @KatieGreenBean on Twitter or Katie Green Illustration on Facebook) to be entered more than once into the draw. The winner will be announced next Friday, February 7th. Good luck!
